AS5223
Low power digital controlled differential DCTCXO
The AS5223 is a temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with a pair of differential output clock between 10 MHz and 156.25 MHz. The AS5201 utilizes digital temperature sensing and frequency compensation technologies to provide a high precision, temperature stabilized clock with grade options from ±5ppm to ±20ppm. Its digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) mode supports glitchless frequency pulling range up to ±25ppm.
