AS5001
Fixed frequency differential silicon oscillator

The AS5001 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free, clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 350 MHz with programmable universal differential driver format.

  • Differential output: 10 kHz to 350 MHz
  • LVCMOS output: 10 kHz to 212.5 MHz
  • Phase noise jitter: 350 fs Typ RMS (12 kHz – 20 MHz)
  • Supports -40oC to 105℃ temperature range
  • Temperature Stability: +/-35ppm(-40~105℃)
  • Support LVCMOS, Dual LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL or CML output format options
  • Flexible supply from 1.71V to 3.47V, no need for any external LDOs
  • Standard 5032 and 3225 package options
