AS5003
Digital controlled differential silicon oscillator

The AS5003 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free, clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 350 MHz with programmable universal differential driver format. It supports programmability of frequency by 0.026ppb resolution and all output formats thourgh I2C interface.

  • Support LVCMOS, Dual LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL or CML output format options
  • Flexible supply from 1.71V to 3.47V, no need for any external LDOs
  • Standard 5032 and 3225 package options
  • I2C programmable for any frequency and output format
  • Advanced option supports spread spectrum clock
