Multi frequency LVCMOS silicon oscillator

The AS512 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free, LVCMOS clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 212.5 MHz. It supports 3 configurations with different frequencies which can be selected by GPIO level.

  • Phase noise jitter: 350 fs Typ RMS (12 kHz – 20 MHz)
  • Supports -40oC to 105℃ temperature range

  • Flexible supply from 1.71V to 3.47V, no need for any external LDOs
  • Standard 5032 and 3225 package options
  • Supports up to 3 IO selectable frequencies
  • Advanced option supports spread spectrum clock
