Voltage controlled LVCMOS silicon oscillator
The AS514 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free, LVCMOS clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 212.5 MHz. It supports voltage controlled feature with the tunability up to 250ppm/V.

- Flexible supply from 1.62V to 3.63V, no need for any external LDOs
- Standard 5032 and 3225 package options
- Voltage control supports up to 250ppm/V tuning rate
