AS5004
Voltage controlled differential silicon oscillator
The AS5004 silicon oscillator utilizes proprietary frequency synthesis and sensor technologies to provide a quartz-free, MEMS-free, clock with a typical phase jitter of 350 fs that supports frequencies between 0.01 and 350 MHz with programmable universal differential driver format. It supports voltage controlled feature with the tunability up to 250ppm/V.

- Phase noise jitter: 350 fs Typ RMS (12 kHz – 20 MHz)
- Supports -40℃ to 105℃ temperature range
- Temperature Stability: +/-35ppm(-40~105℃)
- Support LVCMOS, Dual LVCMOS, LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL or CML output format options
- Flexible supply from 1.62V to 3.63V, no need for any external LDOs
- Standard 5032, 3225 and 2520 package options
- Voltage control supports up to 250ppm/V tuning rate
